There are a number of different ways that local groups can get funding.
Local Liberal Democrat County Councillor Allan Siao Ming Witherick has £10,000 a year that he can grant from his locality budget and Community groups and charities in Batchwood are being invited to apply funding from Veolia Water Central.
Groups can apply online for one of their Community Investment Fund grants with different levels:
  • Bronze – any amount up to £500
  • Silver – any amount up to £1,000
  • Gold – up to £2,500
If you know of any groups please encourage them to apply by the end of June 2011. Further information and an online application form are available on the Veolia Water website at www.veoliawater.co.uk/communityfund
