Anxious parent facing teenagers?  Need support?

Young people face lots of pressures to fit in, to find excitement, to get noticed and to assert their independence. This presents lots of choices forthem about smoking, drinking, drug-taking,curfews and relationships…. and lots of battlegrounds for you as parents!This community safety awareness event is designed to give parents information necessary to help young people manage the risks, resist the pressures and make healthy choices. The event will include stalls from a range of exhibitors and choice of four workshops repeated three times throughout the evening.

Refreshments will be provided, so you can plan to stay for the whole evening or just drop in to the exhibition and gather bits of information which interest you!
