There are reports of a wide area electrical outage in the AL2, AL4 and AL9 and AL10 postcode areas.

The causes are the storms and apparent damage to a transformer.  The number and precise area of the outage is not known.  Engineers have been assigned to rectify the faults.  There is no realistic idea of when supply will be restored.
